Orders and Shipping
Orders from Polymer80 are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Creating an account with Polymer80 is simple:
- Visit the Polymer80 website.
- Click on “Sign Up” or “Register” or “My Account” at the top right corner.
- Fill in your details, including your name, email, and password.
- Confirm your email address to activate your account.
Having an account lets you track orders, save shipping details, and access exclusive updates.
To update your shipping address:
- Log in to your Polymer 80 account.
- Navigate to “Account Settings” or “Shipping Address.”
- Edit your current address or add a new one.
If the order has already shipped, contact customer support for assistance.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. For real-time updates, log in to your Polymer80 account and check the “Order History” section.
For your security, Polymer 80 does not store credit card information. Payments are processed through encrypted, third-party systems that meet industry standards for data protection.
Sales tax is applied to orders based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. During checkout, any applicable sales tax will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We ship internationally to most countries where firearm-related items are permitted. Shipping restrictions apply based on local laws. Please review your country’s regulations before placing an order.
Whenever possible, Polymer80 ships all items in a single package. However, large or back-ordered items may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Polymer80 accepts returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Ship the product back with the provided instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact customer support immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. Polymer80 will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and they will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, mail your return to the address provided by Polymer80’s customer support team. Ensure the package is properly labeled with the RMA number for faster processing.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact our customer service immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, they can update the address. If it has shipped, you may need to contact the carrier for redirection.
Orders can be modified or canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Contact Polymer80 customer support as soon as possible with your order number to request changes.
